What past students have to say about STARBASE...

I heard a quote. It said, "a good scientist is a person with original ideas, a good engineer is a person who makes a design that works with as few ideas as possible". As we went to STARBASE for the first time I don't think anyone knew what to do. But we learned very soon how awesome it would be and we learned how to think like
scientists and work like engineers! STARBASE was one of the greatest activities I've ever done.
Thank you for the opportunity!
Alyssa, Layton Elementary

I hope everyone had as good of a time as I did. Also I would like to thank all the amazing teachers at STARBASE for being a big part in this amazing learning experience.
Isabella, Sunset Elementary

Knowledge is power! STARBASE has grown my appreciation for Math and Science. There are more things to learn and I look forward to being part of more programs like this.
Kayla, Lincoln Elementary
At STARBASE I learned a lot of useful skills like working with others, coding, estimating, problem solving and other things. I know these skill will help me in mu career when I grow up. I hope that you can have the type of experiences and get to learn all about the skills I did and learned.
Jayda, Vae View Elementary
I am so glad I got the opportunity to go to STARBASE, it was fun, interesting, and taught me to be a better scientist and person. Thank you to my amazing teachers Ms. Ottley and Mrs. Christensen for taking us and thank you to our amazing school for giving us the coolest experience ever!
